お店のスペースは小さめです。ですが欲しいものはちゃんと買えましたし、店員さんの接客態度が大変丁寧で好感が持てるお店でした。
また買い物をしに伺いたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他店よりも接客が丁寧で、相談にもきちんと対応してくれるので専らこのお店に買いに行きます。
ただ、昨日は感じの違うスタッフさんがいて、気安い感じなのは良いけど、正直適当な印象を受けて会計後にモヤモヤが残りました。
スタッフさん達が良いからこのお店を選んでるので、次は気持ちよく買い物したいです。

I bought lavender and geranium essential oil, hand cream and rose hip tea. I want this and that scent that is kind to the body. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのお店だけでなく高島屋やSOGOの生活の木も利用しているが、ここのジョイナスのお店は立ち寄る客も多くて、店員さんは忙しくて大変なはずなのに、質問すれば丁寧に答えてくださるし、客への声がけもしていて接客がとてもよいと思う。
もっと広くゆっくり見れ、品揃えも増やしたお店になってほしいです。
すぐ上の高島屋の生活の木のお店の利用はおすすめしません。
ふつうに気持ちのよい接客ができる店員は１人だけ。しかもその方がたまにしかいないのでほとんど毎回不快な思いをします。
商品を見ていても声をかけてこないばかりか客のことを遠くからじっと凝視してくる始末。店員はみな無愛想。
客から声をかけない限り、何か書いたりする作業をしているか店員同士で話しているだけです。
