ですがこの間LAMYのサファリのシャーペンを購入した時にシャーペンの心を入れる部分がひび割れしてしまっていて少し商品の管理に不満を抱きました。ですか問題なく使えています。
自分はここの文房具店でほとんどの文房具を買っているのでとてもオススメです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ROMEOのボールペンが欲しくて行きましたが、結果、買いませんでした。
店員さん同士が3人（うち男性一人は本社か何かから来られた偉い方だったんですかね）でいつまでも立ち話をしていました。一応、それが終わってから声をかけて、試し書きさせてもらいました。しかし、なんかその対応が面倒くさそうで、商品の説明を簡単にするとか、そういうこともなし。質問には答えてくれました。売る気がなさそうなので、こちらも買う気が失せました。積極的な接客はしないのがお店の方針なのであれは仕方なしですが、残念でした。これなら、ネットで買っても同じですね。

終始舐め腐った態度で対応されて、不快でした。
ボールペンなんて、100円、200円で買えるものを何十倍の値段で買ってるのに、あんな最低な接客…同じ接客業として信じられないです。
たまたま、対応が悪かったのかな？って思いましたが、口コミを見る限り私だけでは無さそうなので一度店員さんの接客研修した方がいいと思います。
二度と行きません。
