Best Tonkatsu restaurant in japan

b	buen cocinero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST service ever on my life. I recognized there was a choice of white miso sauce and black miso sauce after I got the check said white miso. wait stuff never asked us there supposed to be the choice of sauce... and we visit with 8 person group and brought 7side dishes and chopsticks. I asked this girl to bring chop stick and dish then the girl asked me how many u need? I told her how many people we are? count it! she never pay attention to the table so I told head wait stuff to care about it. but she is also a dame no care. now call manager and explain what happed. he said just sorry but he didn’t really understand why he apologize.... feel like I was apacing out among those dame people. tonkatsu looks like meat was marinated in starch for a long time for tenderness. so no flavor of meat. cabbage also does not cut in this store... trust me on this, that if you line up on this store for waiting seat. it will be nightmare waiting for you.

Taste juicy and tender soft inside. Each set come with unlimited refill of vegetables. I'm not sure about the rice and miso soup because I just ate one of each. Staff is helpful and can speak a little bit of English. Price wise I think is fair, considering the location (it's Ginza!)
