★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチのみ利用ありです。仙台牛の歯ごたえ残るハンバーグで、初めての食感でした。混んでいると相席になりますが、いい感じの個室のお部屋ばかりです。靴は入り口で脱ぎます。非常に混雑するので、12時前に行くのがオススメです！

目の前でハンバーグがジュージューと焼かれていき、腹ペコで入店したのに更におなかがすいてきます。
極限状態までのおあずけを乗り越えると、肉汁たっぷりの仙台牛ハンバーグとご対面です。
落ち着いた雰囲気で豪華な食事を楽しめて、お昼間から満足な時間を過ごせます。

久しぶりに鉄板ステーキが食べたくなり、お祝いを兼ねて銀熊茶寮へ。
アラカルトのつもりだったが、結局コース料理に。
自腹のため予算もあり『鉄板和食 桃コース』に決定。
シェフとおしゃべりしながらのひと時は幸福感あり。

・海鮮 季節の海鮮鉄板焼
・炊合せ 季節の一品
・黒毛和牛サーロインステーキ
・朝摘みの焼野菜盛り合わせ ５種

I intended to be a la carte, but I ended up with a course meal.
Because I am self-sufficient, I have a budget and decided on "Teppan Japanese food peach course".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接待。ということで知人に紹介してもらったこちらのお店を予約。
失敗できないときに使えるお店のリストがあるって。
特に今回の接待などのシーンであるって大事だなーと痛感。
自分も徐々に増やしていかないとな。
プライベートでも滅多に利用しない価格帯なので、
味はもちろん、サービス、空間と全ての質が当たり前に高い。
炙り寿司、メインの黒毛和牛の鉄板焼き、炊き込みご飯と肉の絡む料理は、それぞれ違った形で質の高い肉の旨味を堪能できる。
焼きの加減は食感、見映えとも記憶に残るレベルでもなかなか思い出せないくらい。
本当に美味い肉って少量でいいというのを久々実感。
ポイントポイント旬の食材を使った旬菜、箸休めも単品でも十分に楽しめる。
今回は接待で他のところに気を使ったけど、今度は純粋に料理を楽しみたいな。
その時はやはりカウンターを希望したい。

前菜から出汁の効いた美味しいお料理が続きました✨
メインはレア肉が石焼きに乗って来るので、お好みの焼き加減にすることができます☝️
唯一、湯呑が空なのに全然気づいて貰えず､､しかも個室には呼鈴などがなかったので、お茶のお代わりもなかなか頼めませんでした?
