When I started repairing a flat tire, I was charged nearly 2000 yen and paid for it, but the next day the air was out, so I sent it to another bicycle shop. It's close but I won't go anymore.

購入を検討しているクロスバイクを試乗したいと電話で頼んだところ、組立前の在庫をわざわざ組み立てて準備してくださいました。
試乗後も購入するか悩みあれこれと質問したのですが、店主の方は面倒くさがらずメリットもデメリットも含めて丁寧に回答してくれたので、安心して購入することができました。
店主の方も女性の店員さんも大変親切で、今後もこちらでお世話になりたいと思えるお店でした。

When I called to test drive a cross bike that I was considering purchasing, I took the trouble to assemble and prepare the stock before assembly.
I asked him if he would buy it after the test drive, but the shopkeeper answered politely, including the advantages and disadvantages, without any hassle, so I was able to purchase with confidence.
The owner and the female clerk were very kind, and I would like to continue to take care of them here.
