高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雫石町の網張の紅葉を見に行ったんですが、今年はまだ紅葉なっておらず… 折角なので通過中の道路に看板があったこちらのお店に。到着したら、表に並んでました(￣▽￣;) 待つ事20分ほど、相席で着席。ざるそばをオーダー。天ぷらも蕎麦を茹でるのも、ほぼ職人一人でやっているようで、出てくるまで結構時間がかかりました。かなり細めの麺で、西馬音内や角館の蕎麦に馴染んでる私としては、ちょっと戸惑い（笑）一口食べると、コシの強さはしっかりしており、するする飲むように食べる食感は面白く美味しい(^^) 手打ち麺なので、長さがちょっと揃わないのを鑑みても、これは食べにくる価値はありますね(^^) 相席の方の天ぷら見ましたが、かなりボリュームあり食べ応え有りそうでした。エビとキスとごぼうなどの野菜類の天ぷらは、カラッと揚がってて見た目から美味しさがわかる仕上がりでした。これから紅葉になるので、紅葉狩しながら食べに行くのもいいでしょうね(o^^o) I went to see the colored leaves of Amihari in Shizukuishi-cho, but this year it hasn't been colored yet ... み	みみみみやび on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦屋さんです。臨時休業に重なり３度目の挑戦で行くことに成功しました。駐車場は有りで、店の横に駐車可能です。店内は、テーブル席が５席ありました。メニューは食券制となっています。形態の電波が通りにくい場所にあります。ほとんどのキャリアで電波がたたないとおもいますので注意必要です。「天ざる」をいただきました。そばは玄武の原水（湧き水）を利用して作っているようです。食べてみてのを感想ですが、すごく美味しいお蕎麦でした。そばは、水でしっかりと引き締められていて、喉越しもとく、そばを噛んださいに、コシを感じられたのと蕎麦の風味を感じられました。蕎麦汁も蕎麦にあっていました。天ぷらも、紫蘇の天ぷらは２枚で１つとして揚げられていたり、海老の身が厚みがあり美味しかったです。少し価格が高めなのと、量が多いわけではないですが、美味しいので食べる価値はあると思います。臨時休業や冬季やってない場合あるので行く際は電話で確認するといいとおもいます。あんころ餅も美味しいという口コミが多いので今度はそちらも食べてみたいです。 It's a soba restaurant.
