T	TheButterflyphoenix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 妻がニュータンタン行ってみたいといいので、川崎に用があった日に帰りに行ってきました。店舗に駐車場はあるのですが、昼に行ったので満車。待っててもなかなか空かないので近隣のコインパーキングに入れました。路駐は無理でしょう。前の道の向かいにもあるし、隣のブロックとかにもあります。もちろん有料です。30分200円とか300円とかだったと思います。メニューはラーメンだけでなく一品料理もありました。自分はランチセット。妻はニュータンタン麺。辛さを選べます。普通から中辛、大辛、激辛、その上は料金プラスでいけるみたい。自分は中辛、妻は大辛にしました。写真の一枚目が中辛、２枚目が大辛です。見た目かなり辛そうですが...全然辛くなかったです。うちらが辛さに強いとかではなく、乗っているのが唐辛子でも粗い唐辛子で、それを食べても辛くないんです。ザーサイの方が辛かった。あと、とにかくにんにくを使っています。スープにもかなり入れているだろうし、乗っているのが挽き肉とにんにくと卵です。凄い体が温まります。スープは塩ベースじゃないかなぁ。あんまり動物系はないし、塩味がかなり強いです。川崎のソウルフードという事ですが、好みは別れそう。現場工事の兄ちゃん達とかファミリーまで色んなお客さんが来てました。テーブル席とカウンターもあります。お昼だからとは言え、なかなか人気だと思います。店員さんも多く、年齢層も幅広い。地域に根差したいいお店のような感じですね。色んな所に店舗がありますが、ここが本店と始めて知りました。にんにくが嫌いでなければ一回は行ってみて下さい。あと余談ですが、レンゲが半端なく大きかったです(笑) My wife wanted to go to New Tan Tan, so I went home on the day when I had a business in Kawasaki. s	secundum evangelium on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人に、川崎のソウルフード元祖ニュータンタン麺本舗❗が美味しいと聞きました。とりあえずカップラーメンで練習して、いざニュータンタン麺本舗❗検索すると意外と住まいの近くに店舗があり、そこへ着地。ん～イマイチです！スープのコクは薄く、箸で麺を持ち上げても絡まない❗ビミョー⁉️後日知人に報告すると、ダメだよ❗川崎の京町本店だよ❗との事、ならば❗行きました‼️平日の火曜日午前１１時５０分に行くと、駐車場は満杯です。なんとか停めて、いざ❗店内に入り、お一人と伝えると、好きなカウンター席へとの事です。カウンター席は８席くらいかなぁ、カウンター席の後ろは２人用テーブルが５つくらい、左の奥は4人用テーブルが５つくらいでした。なかなか広いですね。そしてタンタン麺、なるほど流石本店❗私が訪れた店よりスープがしっかりしている。卵がふわふわです！しかも2倍くらい入っており、箸で麺を持ち上げても、ふわふわ卵とスープが絡む。なかなか美味しい！これこそが、ニュータンタン麺❗ セットで頼んだ丼は、イマイチです。食後比較的近くの超有名なお寺を観光して、そのまま、そのお寺の近くのニュータンタン麺本舗へハシゴしました。京町本店で、食べた舌のまま約１時間後です！ダメじゃないけど残念ですね。卵のふわふわ感がイマイチ、卵の量も少ない！そしてスープが薄い❗なので麺にスープが絡まない‼️イマイチですね。なるほど京町本店じゃなければダメだ❗の意味が解りました。 I heard from an acquaintance that Kawasaki's soul food original New Tan Tan Noodle Honpo ❗ is delicious.
