味玉必須、チャーシュー魅力で特製中華そばを食べました。
魚系節の濃い味少なめのスープと極細麺がとてもよく合い美味しいです。
カウンター上の玉ねぎみじん切りとスープ割ポットが濃い味を柔らかく調整してくれるアイティム。
味玉は黄身がとろっとしたタイプで好きな火加減にちょうど良い控えめ塩味加減。チャーシューは分厚く柔らかいです。３枚乗ってるので、食べ応えもあります。のりは薄手なので溶けないように避けておくのがコツ。
おいしかった。また食べに行きます。

後日、特製つけ麺を食べてきました。
中盛り300gが選べるので、中盛り、冷たい麺を頂きました。
こちらは太麺と動物と節のつけ汁。
つけ汁の中には、拍子切りのチャーシューとメンマが沢山で肉感ありです。
麺上のチャーシューは硬めなので、つけ汁に浸してからがおすすめ。
玉ねぎとスープ割りも忘れずに。
（スープ割り過ぎには注意）

 First visit.
I ate a special Chinese noodle with the charm of char siu, which is a must for taste balls.
The soup with a strong fish-based knot and a little taste and the extra-fine noodles go very well together and are delicious.
Chopped onions and soup split pot on the counter softly adjust the strong taste.
The taste ball is a type with a thick yolk, and it has a modest salty taste that is just right for your favorite heat. The char siu is thick and soft. There are 3 of them on board, so you can eat them. The glue is thin, so the trick is to avoid it so that it doesn't melt.

Later, I ate special tsukemen.
You can choose 300g of medium-sized noodles, so I had medium-sized and cold noodles.
This is thick noodles, animal and knot soup.
In the soup, there are a lot of chopped char siu and menma, and it has a sensation of flesh.
The char siu on the noodles is hard, so it is recommended to soak it in soup.
Don't forget to split the onions and soup.
(Be careful not to break the soup too much)
It was a treat.

味玉中華そば（800円）をいただきました。少し濃い味でしたが美味しかったです。
店主さんがとても感じの良い方でよかったです。次はつけ麺を食べてみたいです。
It was lunchtime, but I was waiting for 4 people, so I started eating in less than 20 minutes.
I received Ajitama Chinese noodles (800 yen). It tasted a little strong, but it was delicious.
I'm glad that the shop owner was very comfortable. Next time I would like to eat tsukemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ つけ麺をいただきました。開店直前に前を通りかがったら並びがそれほどでもなく、５人待ちだったので思わず接続しました。気にはなってたのですが初めての訪問です。開店と同時に着席でき、それほど時間がかからずに着丼といたってスムーズな流れ。
肝心のお味ですが、どちらかと言うと魚介系寄せてる感じのスープになります。煮干し感が強い感じですが、強烈なインパクトはありません。美味しいのは美味しいのですが、食べている途中から少し飽きてきてしまいます。
I had tsukemen. When I passed by just before the store opened, the line was not so much and I was waiting for 5 people, so I connected without thinking. I was curious, but this was my first visit. You can take a seat at the same time as the store opens, and it doesn't take too long to get a bowl.
It's the essential taste, but if anything, it's a soup that is more like fish and shellfish. It has a strong sardine feeling, but it does not have a strong impact. It's delicious, but I get tired of it while I'm eating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回はつけ麺を頂いたので、今回はラーメンを頂きました。
平日の12時過ぎに行きましたが、4〜5組待っていました。15〜20分くらいで入店して食べる事ができました。
つけ麺は結構ボリュームがあり、中盛り(無料)があるのですが、女性が食べる量としては並盛がちょうどいいと思います…。
だしの効いたこってり味に中太麺が絡んでスルスル食べれます！
ラーメンの方もこってりな見た目だけど、食べてみるとそんなに脂っこくなくスルスル食べれます！
店主の方が優しい方で、二人組で行くと、席が空き次第隣同士にしてくれました。
夫婦で行ったのですが、別々の席になる事なく、隣同士で食べることができよかったです！
また行きたいと思います♪
Last time I had tsukemen, so this time I had ramen.
I went after 12 o'clock on weekdays, but I was waiting for 4-5 groups. I was able to enter the store and eat in about 15 to 20 minutes.
Tsukemen is quite voluminous and has a medium serving (free of charge), but I think that the average serving is just right for women to eat.
Medium-thick noodles are entwined with the rich and rich taste of the dashi stock, and you can eat it!
The ramen looks rich, but when you try it, it's not so greasy and you can eat it!
The owner was kinder, and when we went in a duo, they put us next to each other as soon as seats became available.
I went there as a couple, but it was nice to be able to eat next to each other without having separate seats!
I want to go again ♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 濃厚な鰹節風味のスープにゴワ細麺の組み合わせた中華そば(700円)を頂きました。
個人的にはツルツル食感で柔らか目の麺が好みでしたのですこし食べにくさはありましたが美味しかったです。
カウンター席のみですが仕切りありでした。
水は入って左端にありセルフです。
保温ポットがおいてあり、水のお代わりにと少し入れると色が付いていたので、お茶かな？と思いましたが、割り出汁だったようです。
玉ネギもおいてありました。つけ麺が評判のようで次回はそちらを。
I had Chinese noodles (700 yen), which is a combination of rich bonito-flavored soup and gowa thin noodles.
Personally, I liked the soft noodles with a smooth texture, so it was a little difficult to eat, but it was delicious.

特製中華そば、ネギチャーシュー丼でオーダー。
食べる前から煮干しの薫りが凄い！
おお、スープ一口目からパンチ効いてます！
口当たりはドロっと？トロッとぐらいかな？
煮干しのいいお出汁がでています。
麺は細麺ストレートの硬め、スープに合います。
チャーシューもしっかり味がしみててウマイ。
煮卵もいいお味。
チャーシュー丼もお茶碗にツライチ(笑)
ナイスボリューム！味濃いめ！うまし！
全体的に味が濃いので後半ちょっと飽きちゃいましたがスープ割りがあるじゃないか。
これで調整するんですね。
いやいやなかなか楽しいランチになりました。
また来ます。
店員さんの接客も素晴らしいです。

The noodles are thin, straight and hard, and go well with soup.
The char siu tastes good and it's delicious.
Boiled eggs also taste good.
The char siu bowl is also in a bowl (laughs)
Nice volume! It has a strong taste! Good!
The taste is strong overall, so I got a little tired of it in the second half, but I think there is a soup split.
You adjust with this.
It was a really fun lunch.
I will come again.
The customer service of the clerk is also wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【照りよし！旨味よし！和風ジャンクラーメン＆理想系のネギチャーシュー丼】吉田食堂@鶴見。煮干しつけめん＆中華そばの名店ながら、その濃厚な旨味と風味は和食ジャンクとも言うべき中毒性。麺も豚も煮卵も照り具合からして垂涎モノでしょ。
今回は特製中華そばを頼みましたが、次回は大人気＆大ボリュームのつけめんも食べてみたいです。
で、お隣は理想系のネギチャーシュー丼。具材を細かく刻んで敷き詰め、ネギ特有のイヤな癖や辛みを抑え、米に豚とタレを隙間なく馴染ませた逸品！ただネギとチャーシューを乗せればいいわけじゃないんだよという店主さんの拘りに感謝です。
ちなみに、店主さんも女性店員さんも呑みに誘いたくなるぐらい笑、良い雰囲気で接客されており、外観や内装も含めて居心地好いラーメン屋さんです。

Although it is a famous restaurant of Niboshi Tsukemen and Chinese noodles, its rich umami and flavor are addictive, which can be called Japanese junk. Noodles, pork, and boiled eggs are coveted because of their brilliance.
This time I ordered a special Chinese noodle, but next time I would like to try the popular and large volume tsukemen.
And next door is the ideal green onion pork bowl. Finely chopped ingredients and spread them to suppress the unpleasant habits and spiciness peculiar to green onions, and a gem of rice with pork and sauce blended tightly! I am grateful to the owner for his insistence that it is not enough to just put green onions and char siu on it.
By the way, both the shop owner and the female clerk are laughing enough to invite you to drink, and the customer service is good, and it is a cozy ramen shop including the exterior and interior.
