店名の通り、エビの味が濃厚なラーメン、まぜそばです！
エビ好きでラーメンが好きならオススメ。
ただ残念なのはお店がやっているか、やっていないかが、わかりずらく、ちょっと離れたところから見るとやってないように見えてますが、実はやってたりします。
暖簾だけでは判断ができないので、店主の方、のぼりとかで営業中って出てるだけでもっと入りやすいかも？
逆に入りたい時に空いてるからありって言えばあり笑。
夜はお酒も出しているので、ラーメン好きが集まってる感じですかね〜。
ともあれ、こだわりがあるラーメンを出してるとおもいます。

ラーメン専門店ではないため、提供までに時間がかかります。が、ここは私にとってはあまり重要ではありません。
呑んだ後の〆にいただく分には悪くない出来と思いますが、ラーメン目当てで訪問しラーメンのみをいただく場合は少々満たされない気持ちが残ります。そういう味わいです。

飲み屋さんとしても営業しているようで、18時から21時はラーメン、それ以降はおつまみメインの営業のようです。
ラーメン目的で行きましたが、お1人で営業されているようで、また他のお客さんもいたせいかテーブルについて注文してからラーメンが出てくるまでけっこう時間を要しました。
エビらーめん・エビまぜそばがメインで750～800円、替玉あり。辛いラーメン・まぜそばは辛み調節して頂けるようです。
シンプルにネギとチャーシュー、卵のトッピングで固めの細麺。
スープは海老の殻の香ばしさと身のコクが感じられ濃厚、麺と絡めるとやや薄めで熱くはないです。
テーブルにはレモンハーブビネガーがあり、それをプラスするとより私好みの味になりました。
時間がかかる点と、スープの温度、もう少し味わいが広がるとより良いかなと感じました。

ご主人一人で厨房に入っているので料理の提供時間は長めです。

海老は風味のみなので
よく絡めないと味が薄い
もう少し濃い味なら良かった。
海老味噌や川海老や桜海老など入ってると尚
いいと思う。その分値段上げてもいいし
1000円でも頼む。
店の名前が海老が入ってなければ750円でこれでいいけど
海老と謳ってるならもう少し海老を加えて欲しかった。
麺と肉は旨いし場所が穴場なので期待してた分残念。
混ぜそばの醍醐味で加えがレモン汁のみ
あと店内は混雑してなく
二人で行ったのだがまず出てくる時間が遅い
注文してからお湯を沸かしてたっぽく20分ほどかかり、その後もう一人分出てくるのに5分ほどかかってた。一緒に同時に食べたいから同じ物を頼んだのに意味がない。
接客はとても良かったのがせめての救い。
二度目は提供スピードと具材が変われば行くかもしれません。このままだとないかな。

この店を知ってもう3年が経つ
なかなか行くことができなかった。
またこの鶴見駅界隈はラーメン激戦区でもある。
隠れ家的なお店
なかなか知ることは出来ないだろう。
初なので、スタンダードの海老ラーメンを注文。
しばし店内をじろじろ見ながら待つと、ラーメンが到着(o^^o)
思ったより、海老の香りがたちます。
スープは少なめですが、チョイどろどろ感がある濃厚タイプ。
麺はストレートのシコシコ麺。
意外にもスープと麺が絡む。
一口すすると、シコシコ食感の後に海老の香りが口の中で踊りだす。
なんて濃厚なんだ！
焼豚も大きく食べごたえあり(°▽°)
お会計は750円
ここも増税後でも値上していないようだ。
