お直しして貰おうって思って電話しても、確認してもらった時にOK貰ったので無料で付け足すことは出来ません。プラス料金になります。って言われました。本当に有り得ないです。もう二度と行かないです

希望通りの髪型にして貰えず、男の人は特にエクステつけるのも下手というか、センスがないというか。。
わかりやすくこんな感じでって写真とか見せてもその通りにもして貰えずでした。
ボスっていう人も、店長かなんだか分からないけど受け答えがまともでなく、｢お客様。」としての思いやり精神がかけてると思う。
この店はもう行かない

It was easy to understand and it looked like this, and even if I showed it a photo, I couldn't get it as it was.
I don't know if the boss is the store manager, but the answer isn't decent, and I think it's a compassionate spirit as a "customer."
