m	mana마나 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24日のクリスマスイブに行きました。カット+眉カットのクーポンを予約し、施術時間は約1時間と記載がありました。それにもかかわらず、施術中たびたび他のお客さんのところへ行き、カットだけで約2時間かかりました。美容室の後に予定があったので眉カットとシャンプーはなしにしてもらいました。眉カットなしシャンプーなしで、ただのメンズカットに2時間もかかったのは初めてです。もし人数が足りないのだとしたら予約を受けること自体しなければいい話ですし、1時間で終わらず時間が遅くなってしまうのならば、前もって「次の予定はないか」「時間が遅れても大丈夫か」くらい聞くことは出来なかったのでしょうか？案の定次の予定に大幅に遅れ、クーポン通りの施術もしてもらえず、本当に最悪でした。次の予定を約束していた相手にも、長く待たせてしまい申し訳ない気持ちになりました。もう二度と行きません。 I went to Christmas Eve on the 24th.
