★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「ガレットステークアッシェ」は見た感じより肉の味を感じられず少し残念でしたが、「いろいろ柑橘のパフェ」の上の部分が一つ一つすごく美味しかったです！
 I was a little disappointed that I couldn't feel the taste of meat in "Galette Stake Ashe", but the upper part of "Various Citrus Parfaits" was very delicious one by one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガレット シーザーサラダ頂きました。たっぷりの野菜で美味しかったです。パリでカレットを頂いた時はもっとチーズが多くて二人で1枚でちょうど良かった記憶があります。青森でガレットが食べられるのは嬉しいです。またお邪魔します。
I had a galette Caesar salad. It was delicious with plenty of vegetables. When I got the cullet in Paris, I remember that there was more cheese and it was just right for two people. I'm glad that I can eat galettes in Aomori. I will bother you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ開店したばっかり、混雑でがない、入ってみたら、パスタがり、しかも毎日10食、注文しようかと思い、ガレットのメニューいっぱいあって、ガレットの専門店と気付きました。?ちゃんとお店の名前見てなかった。
期間限定メニュー:鴨スモークを注文しました。盛は写真の通り、味も美味しかった。
価格は東京並みです。
It's just opened, it's not crowded, and when I went in, I thought I'd order 10 meals every day, and I noticed that it was a galette specialty store with a lot of galette menus. ? I didn't see the name of the shop properly.
Limited time menu: I ordered duck smoke. As you can see in the picture, Sheng had a delicious taste.
The price is about the same as Tokyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 写真と全く違うデザートガレット。フルーツはどこ行った？？？？もしかして後乗せで別皿でフルーツが来るのかな、と淡い期待もしてみましたが。これが完成形。びっくりしました、ガレット自体ももちもち感が無く、パリパリしていて焦げ臭。カフェタイムまで30分待ってこれが出てくるなんて、二度と行きません。メニューの改善を求めます。
A dessert galette that is completely different from the photo. Where did the fruit go? ?? ?? ?? I was hoping that the fruit would come in a separate plate afterwards. This is the completed form. I was surprised that the galette itself was not chewy and crispy and had a burning odor. Waiting 30 minutes until cafe time and this coming out will never go again. I want to improve the menu.
