コロナ禍の中営業お疲れ様です。あたしは元々千年の宴さん好きで利用しています。まずは従業員さんの接客が素晴らしいです。研修中にも関わらず あたしのダメ元でのお願いを上の人に確認し、ノンアルコールでの提供品をアルコール入に変えてくれたりと、お客様的には大変満足でした。お料理の提供時間も早く、店内の清掃も行き届き安心して、お酒を楽しむことが出来ました。こんな時代だからこそ、接客は重要ですし、素晴らしいスタッフがいるお店は助けてあげたいと思います。最後レジをしてくれたお兄さんの対応も、良かったです。お客様少なくて大変と思いますが、今日の様に素敵な接客をし、皆さんを笑顔にしてあげて下さい。ホントにありがとうございました&ご馳走様でした。また必ず行きます。

日替わりランチは500円(店内のメニュー表には700円とありました)で、ご飯、味噌汁食べ放題。カレーは訪問時は100円でしたが、4月20日からは無料だそう。店長さんを含め、店員さんの接客はかなり良いかと思います。 201807追記。 夜は可愛いくて、感じの良い店員さんがいました。

飲み放題にしたのに一杯目がくるまでに15分も待たされた。挙げ句の果てに、ノンアルを頼んだのに、普通にアルコールが出てきた。 店員の接客態度も最悪。謝る気がない。 飲み放題取り消して、すぐ帰りました。 チャージ料金も高すぎる。無駄金払った。 もう二度と行きません。

駅前のモンテローザグループのひとつ。 お客さんがほぼ自分ひとりだったので、落ち着いた丁寧な接客だった。 スタッフの人数が最小なせいか、飲み物の提供は速いが食べ物の提供には時間がかかるかも。 個室なんで落ち着いて飲める。

大変失礼ですが、接客、料理ともに満足できるものではございませんでした。ホットペッパーからの予約でしたので、予約されたかどうか確実ではなかったこともあり、こちらにも不手際はありました。ですが他のお客さんもいらっしゃる様子もなかったので、他に予約もないようであればすぐに通して頂いても良かったのではないでしょうか…。料理の提供に関してですが、お客さんが私達含め2組に対し、バニラアイス1つの提供に20分かかるのは異常ですね。その間厨房ではゲラゲラと笑い声も聞こえていました。店員同士楽しく雑談なさるのは私は構いません。しかし先に料理の提供をして頂きたかった。最後に、店員さんの元気の無さが気にかかります。他のサービスは良くなくても、せめて接客の声はハキハキと行いましょうよ。やはり所詮はチェーン店か、といった印象です。

Didnt order the pickle. But the waitress served it before main dish. We thought it was for free. But it turned out that the restaurant charge 400 yen for that small pickle!!!!
