★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと高いけどデザート欲しいなーって思ってランチタイムでデザート付きの方頼みましたけど、頼んで正解だった。デザートまじうまい。もちろんパスタがうまいのは当然だけど、デザートの盛り合わせうまい。

ピクルスのサラダは、シャキッとした新鮮な野菜にピクルスが上手く絡んでくる。
パスタは、サラミとヤマウドのトマトソース。
ヤマウドは、スーパーで売っている普通のウドとは、異なり天然のウド又は日光を当てて緑化させたもののことで、少し苦味がある。
サラミの塩加減も絶妙で、美味しいトマトソースとの全体のバランスが素晴らしい。
デザートは、キンキンに冷えたセンスの良い器の上に、色々なドライフルーツの入ったチョコチップアイスと濃厚なガトーショコラ、
バスク風のチーズケーキ。
コーヒーは、酸味が少ないまろやかなもので、ケーキとの相性がいい。
I had a B lunch of 1500 yen plus consumption tax.
Pickled salad is a nice combination of crispy fresh vegetables and pickles.
Pasta is salami and yamaudo tomato sauce.
Unlike ordinary udo sold at supermarkets, yamaudo is a natural udo or one that has been greened by exposing it to sunlight, and has a slightly bitter taste.
The saltiness of the salami is also exquisite, and the overall balance with the delicious tomato sauce is wonderful.
The dessert is chocolate chip ice cream with various dried fruits and rich gateau chocolate on a chilled and tasteful bowl.
Basque-style cheesecake.
Coffee is mellow with little acidity and goes well with cakes.

I had the fish of the day, which was Masu with mushroom sauce and asparagus. My fiancee went for a pizza, and it was very tasty as well. A very pleasant evening after a long walk through Aomori.
