Quite a light soup, homemade noodles with very tasty cha-shu. Gyoza are also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stumbled up to the back of this house walking from the lighthouse area. (The main entrance is on the main road, very clear and obvious.) We saw a women out back watering her plants and asked if this was the ramen restaurant. It was, and she escorted us through the back door, where she and her husband made the ramen in the industrial-quality kitchen built right into what appears to be their home. The food was outstanding and the experience was even better. Highly recommended if you're in this area.
