ちょっと醤油が前面に出た感じで割にクリアながら、豚骨の旨味とコクがしっかり感じられるスープ。
中細のストレート麺に、具材はチャーシュー、ネギ、もやし、メンマ。それぞれがバランス良くまとまっています！
この本格的な味でワンコインはすごいコスパです❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、バイクツーリング10人で訪れました❗店舗はザ、中華そば(ラーメン)と解る赤い日差し、のれん、ちょうちん、で直ぐに解りますよ?店内はＬノジのカウンター席だけで、10人がやっと座れる位のスペースですね?先客が３組いましたが回転が良く5分位で座れました?私は中華そば(チャーシュー麺)を注文し他のメンバーは中華そばを、店主と奥さんのテキパキした行動で❗直ぐに着どん?スープは醤油味がしっかり主張してて、豚骨風味も感じられる醤油豚骨ラーメン(中華そば)でした?チャーシューは薄切りですが味もしっかり有る旨チャーシューで麺は広島ならではの極細ストレート麺ですね?味はもちろん‼️?店の雰囲気、店主の人柄、スムーズに出てきた中華そば全てで‼️大変美味しゅう御座いました??因みに中華そば(ラーメン)は550円むすび２個100円で提供され、店主の努力に感謝です??

カウンター対面仕切り無し一本勝負で盛りつけられていくのは、うそ偽りない素朴なつかしい醤油ラーメン?湯気に新鮮なネギの薬味が香り立つ。
カープ中継を横目に、気軽にすする中華そば。お会計｢うん♪どうもどうもね～っ?｣と気さくな店長の一言が嬉しい。
店を出ると｢さて今日もうひと頑張りするか♪｣といった気分にさせてくれる✴

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し前に伺いました。小さな店構えで数人分のカウンター席で大将を囲んで座ります。コンパクトな調理場でご夫婦で営業されていて、大将が体で覚えているようなリズミカルな調理をする姿を見ながらラーメンを頂きました。大将から目が離せません。コクのある醤油ラーメンで私はチャーシューめんとおむすびを頂きました。大変美味しく頂きました。

少し待って入店、
9人位で満席の小さいお店です、
厨房も狭い中でお父さんとお母さんが素晴らしいコンビネーションで料理をされてました！
お父さんのリズミカルな鍋振りの音に合わせてお母さんが皿を用意するタイミングなど見ていて楽しいと思えるほどでした！
なぜか懐かしいと思える醤油ラーメンですが
日本人のDNAの中にあるラーメンはこれだって感じでした！
ラーメンが550円
チャーシュウメン700円
チャーハン500円
など心配になる位安い！！
ご馳走さまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千代田でラーメンといえば、真っ先に名前が出てくる店。日曜・祝日しかランチ営業をしていないので、町外の人間にはハードルが高かったが念願叶って訪問。日曜の昼時、8席すべて埋まっていて、外の待ち客もちらほら。回転は早いので、すぐに店内に入れて、中華そばと焼きめしを注文。人の良さそうなご夫婦が手際よく動いていて、一から作る焼きめしもあっという間に出てきた。中華そばはスッキリ系の醤油豚骨ラーメン。広島のこのタイプでは珍しい細麺だが、スープとの相性も良く僕の好きな味でした。なかなか行けないですが、長く続いてほしいと思う店でした。

It's a rare thin noodle of this type in Hiroshima, but it goes well with soup and was my favorite taste. It's hard to go, but it was a store that I wanted to continue for a long time.

大将が感じ良く、暇そうな時は世間話しも楽しいです。
ラーメンの方は、もの凄く美味いと言う事は有りませんが、普通に美味しい醤油ラーメンが頂けます。
コロナでおでんが無いのかどうか分かりませんが、美味いおでんが無く残念。
写真はチャーシューと、むすび、８００円也。
大将の湯切りを見るだけでも オススメ。
