Sashimi that did the job properly is delicious. I do not recommend it to people who do not have time because they are operating alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、おまかせ懐石で出た一口大のイサキの天ぷらを一口で食べたら、骨が舌に刺さり、手術を受けることになりました。生まれて初めての手術でかなり恐いのですが、本当に大好きなお店なので、ご主人にはこれから魚を一口大にするときは、必ず骨の処理をしていただけますよう、宜しくお願いいたします。こちらのお店の代わりは、ありませんので。
The other day, when I ate a bite-sized grunt tempura from Omakase Kaiseki with a bite, my bones stuck in my tongue and I had to undergo surgery. It's a scary operation for the first time in my life, but I really like it, so I would like to ask my husband to treat the bones when I make a bite-sized fish from now on. There is no substitute for this shop.

なんとか日本語に言い換えたくなる落ち着いた大人の為の雰囲気。
目の前で繰り広げられる美しく丁寧な手仕事に飽きる事なく見惚れます。
ゆっくりじっくりとひと口ごとに味わえる幸せ。
とても贅沢な時間でした。
また、訪れたいお店です。
