★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 勝烈庵フーズの揚げ物は好きですが、ここジョイナステラス店のカツには疑問符が付いてしまいます。直近で買った一口ヒレかつは、肉の臭み、硬さ、べっちゃり感が独特でした。普通のヒレかつも硬かったです。美味しかったのはクリームコロッケくらい。
また接客はマニュアル通りの無機質なもので、また買おうという意欲を削いでしまいます。開店以来４、５回買いましたが、今まであまり好印象はないです。
I like the fried foods of Katsuretsu Foods, but the cutlery here at the Joinus Terrace store has a question mark. The last bite that I bought was unique in the smell, hardness, and stickiness of the meat. It was a normal fin and hard too. The cream croquette was delicious.
In addition, customer service is inorganic according to the manual, and the desire to buy again will be reduced. I bought four or five times since opening, but I haven't had a good impression until now.
