★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アレルギーがあるから特定のものを抜いて欲しいとお願いしたのに、当たり前のように入ってた。電話したけど対応が最悪で嫌になって諦めました。某出前サイトのクチコミでも同じようなクレームが書かれていて、そういう店なんだなと。
この話を近所のお友だちに話したところ、そちらで、注文した際には大幅に時間遅れで到着。せめて連絡ぐらいほしいも言ったら「店長が電話しておくと言ってたんすけど。してないっすか？」と。ドライバーさんの対応が雑なのもあれですが、結局は責任者に問題があるんだろうなと実感。
お友だちママの集まりで一連のことを話題にしてみたところ、どうやら某出前サイトでは多業態を登録してあるようで、別の店を頼んでも同じようなものが届くしドライバーも同じだと盛り上がりました。
全ての店ではないですが、見ればなんとなくここも同じ店かなと推測できます。
少なくともわたしの周りの人たちはこのお店関係のものは避けたいねと話してます。

料理や盛り付けも雑なことが多く、器もぎとぎとだったりでキッチン担当者の性格も想像できます。一度クレームをいれましたが、店長らしい関西弁の年配の方がまた最悪な対応で、正直なところ良い評価を探すのが難しい店です。

さっそくお願いしてみましたが、驚くほど出来映えが違う印象を受け、完食できないほど味が良くありませんでした。
思い出を美化しすぎだと言われるかもしれませんが、そういうレベルではなく、正直なところ小学校の調理実習レベルかそれ以下と思えるものでした。
ドライバーさんの印象もあまりよくなく、恐らくもう頼むことはないだろうと思うと残念です。

他の方の投稿を見るとものすごく評判が悪くてびっくりです。
配達に来た人は、若い女性でしたが丁寧ですごく感じが良い方でした。
しかも、どこのお店でも保温は出来ていないところばかりですが
ここのお店は熱々のを持ってきてくれて驚きました。
ひれカツ丼を注文しましたが、かつも肉厚で柔らかくて良かったけど
少しだけ薄味だったので、もう少しだけ濃い味付けでも良いかな？
味は好みがあるので個人的感想ですが。
自分は大食いではないですが、ごはん大盛りにしたら満腹で満足でした。
