 He explained in detail not only about the room but also about the area around the property. Even after I moved in, if anything happened, he immediately responded and I was able to live comfortably and with peace of mind. If I come back to Mizonokuchi, I would like to take care of Mr. Kitayama House.

とある物件を問い合わせたところ、「担当は別の店舗になるのでそちらに問い合わせろ」という返事を営業時間終了間際に送ってきました。
店舗間の連携もなっておらず、物件の最新情報も調べようとせず、顧客サービス業として全く信頼できません。
親切心のかけらも感じられなかったので、二度と使わないです。
ご利用予定の際はお気をつけください。
There is no sense of responsibility in dealing with customers.
When I inquired about a certain property, I sent a reply saying "The person in charge will be in another store, so please contact that store" just before the end of business hours.
There is no coordination between stores, and we do not try to find out the latest information on properties, so we cannot trust it as a customer service business.
I didn't feel any kindness, so I will never use it again.
Please be careful when you plan to use it.

入居時の部屋の汚さ、水漏れ、備品の故障や女性の電話応対、どれも最悪でした。
最低限の生活を維持できるよう、物件の管理をしっかり行なってほしい。
新生活に期待にあふれていた所で、ここまで出鼻をくじかれたのは初めてです。
私のようにがっかりしないためにも、別の不動産屋を利用することをお勧めします。改善することを願います。

The room was dirty when I moved in, water leaks, equipment malfunctions, and female telephone calls were all the worst.
I want you to manage the property well so that you can maintain a minimum life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去手続き、かつ法人契約だったので解約までにかなり時間がかかってしまいましたが、オーナー様への交渉や手続き面で非常に親切丁寧にやっていただけて、こちらも助かりました。
また、在住中も管理工事のおじさんがとても親切でたかが水道がつまっても、スピーディーに来てくれてまさに地元の密着不動産屋さんでした。どうしても、出ざる負えないので、退去しましたがまたおねがいしたいと思ってます。
色々ありがとうございました。

Also, even while I was living, the uncle of the management work was very kind, but even if the water was clogged, he came quickly and was just a local real estate agent. I have no choice but to leave, so I moved out, but I would like to ask again.
