y	yuca m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文は入ってすぐで自分で記入します。うどんはコシがあります。少し甘めのつゆがいいです。満腹感あり安価なのに美味しいとおもいます。店員さんでマスクしてない方がいたのでマイナス1 コロナ対策は窓開け消毒はしてました。車は一台店の横に停められそうです。 Fill in your order as soon as you enter it. Udon is chewy. A slightly sweet soup is good. Feeling full I think it's cheap but delicious. There was a clerk who did not mask it, so minus 1 As a measure against corona, I opened the window and disinfected it. The car is likely to be parked next to the store.
り	りこるぬ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふたばやさんのうどんは、コシの強さは強過ぎるわけではないけど、手打ちでしっかり捏ねているからなのか、あまり、伸びてしまわない感じがします。一般的なおうどんの中では、けっこう熱々の汁が入ってます。でも、最後の方になっても、麺はあまり太くないのに、熱は回りやすそうなのに、麺はあまり伸びていない気がしました。最後まで、美味しく食べれます。汁は熱いくらいに暖かいです。味は、甘めかもしれないけど、甘過ぎないです。塩味も感じるけど、しょっぱ過ぎないです。だから、うどんの汁として、味覚のバランスが絶妙な気がします。甘味、塩味に突出した味覚はないから、ごま、七味などの調味料を足した時に、あまり多くなくても、足した調味料の味が活きてきやすいです。お店の方たちの持て成しも素敵だと思いました。明るく、優しく、元気に受け答えしてくれます。あと、来てるお客さんも、車いす出来ている私を何も言わなくても、介助しようとしてくれる、献身的な方たちばかりだった気がします。 Futabaya-san's udon isn't too strong, but I feel that it doesn't grow much, probably because it's kneaded firmly by hand. s	stabucky stabucky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の13時に行く。行列4人待ち。並んでいると呼ばれて注文を紙に書かされる。・カレーうどん中・うどん２・肉うどんは温と冷から選べる。温にした。また外に出て待たされる。席に通されるとさほど待たずに料理が提供される。店の一角にうどんを手打ちしているスペースがあり実際におじさんがうどんを打っている。うどん２は２玉という意味らしい。麺はコシがあって太さが不揃い。つゆは甘くて出汁が効いている。肉を載せたのでその旨味もある。カレーうどんはさほど辛くなく出汁が効いている。店員の動きは良い。（2021年10月16日） I'm going on Saturday at 13:00. n	naynsan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の12:30頃に伺いました。数名が並んでいましたが、回転が良いのかさほど待たずに入店。紙に注文と名前を書いて渡します。出来上がると名前が呼ばれて運んでくれます。うどんの量は1~あり1.5で普通量位でしょうか。一緒に行った男性陣はうどん2で食べていましたが、もっと量が多いのを食べてる人は沢山いました。私はうどん1.5と天ぷら。天ぷらは別皿でくるので、サクサクで食べれて美味しかった！スープは甘めでほっとするお味。甘いスープが苦手な方はカレーうどんとかが良いんですかね。お父さんが入口の所でずっとうどんを打っています。駐車場はお店の横と前に4台くらいですかね。すぐ近くに3台止められるコインパがありました。お昼ときに近くを通ったらまた行きたいお店です！ I visited around 12:30 on weekdays. Word to the wise, ordering requires you to write your order on a paper before handing it to grandma. If your kanji is not up to snuff then I would say to bring a friend that knows their kanji. Choose hot or cold, portion size 1, 1.5, 2, and then your extras like meat, mountain vegetables, tempura, and many more. You pick up your tea cups under the counter at the front. The water or barley tea is already at the table. Then wait for your name to be called. After you eat you pay at the front where you placed your order. This place is packed on a weekend. Delicious food done right!
