白	白須慎一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常に丁寧に作られている印象で、好感が持てました。うどんを茹でるタイミングなんだと思いますが、着席から配膳までに時間がかかる方とそれほどでない方がいたと思いました。味は、麺はこしがありました。ツルツルです。「冷や」なのに、なまぬるかったので、個人的には、冷たい方が良かったです。天ぷらは、あぶらっぽくなく、さっくりしていました。かしわ天が少し塩辛かったかな。色々書きましたが、トータルで良かったです。ご馳走さまでした。 I had the impression that it was made very carefully, and I liked it. Be prepared to squeeze in around the chefs at work and people eating at the counter, take off your shoes and sit on the raised floor at the back. No English menu I found but you won't be disappointed if you struggle through the handwritten menu. Hot and cold udon available with seasonal ingredients! Gets busy at lunchtime!
