以前から気になっていたこちらの店 はじめてなのでまずはベーシックメニューの肉汁うどん中盛りと気になったので「今日の糧」を選択。 うどんはいわゆる武蔵野うどんで讃岐うどんとはまた違う味わいを見せる、喉越しではなく歯応えを楽しませてくれるタイプのうどんだ。豚バラと長ネギの入ったあまじょっぱい醤油ベースの肉汁との相性が抜群でするすると食べることができた。今回中盛り(600g)でいただいたが次は大盛り(800g)でも大丈夫そうだ。途中、味を変えるために胡椒を入れてみたのだが、これもまた美味だった。また、うどんを全て平らげた後の肉汁に対して卓上ポットの出し汁を1/3程度注いでいただくのだが、これも実に滋味深い味わいが口中で広がり徹頭徹尾、満足して完食することができた。 しかし、小さな皿に数種類の惣菜や漬物を乗せ放題だという「今日の糧」はさつまいもの天ぷらがとても甘く、しっとりしていて非常に美味しかったが、他の物はどれも平凡の域を出ず、これで300円の価格設定は割高感が否めなかった。次回はかき揚げか鶏天(ともに200円)をトッピングで注文しようと思う。一緒に行った妻がかき揚げを注文していたので一口もらったがサクサクでとても美味しく、肉汁に浸ったかき揚げの衣の食感と油の旨味が肉汁と良く合っていた。 そしてこの店で特筆すべきは商品のうどんもさることながらとにかく接客サービスの質の高さだろう。従業員の挨拶、声かけはもちろんのこと、店内の掲示物も顧客心理をとても良く考えて作られており実に感心した。きちんとマーケティングを理解し、実践していると感じた。 この価格帯の飲食店としてはかなり高レベルのホスピタリティを感じることができた。普段辛口な私もこの店の味とサービスの前には星5つを付けざるを得ない。 ちなみに第二駐車場は店の右手側の路地を入ったところにある駐車場の中に3台分停めるスペースがある。

However, the "today's food" that you can put several kinds of side dishes and pickles on a small plate was very sweet, moist and very delicious, but none of the other things are out of the ordinary. With this, the price setting of 300 yen was undeniably expensive. Next time, I'll order kakiage or chicken tempura (both 200 yen) with toppings. My wife who went with me ordered kakiage, so I got a bite, but it was crispy and very delicious, and the texture of the kakiage batter soaked in the gravy and the taste of the oil matched well with the gravy. And what should be noted at this store is the high quality of customer service, not to mention the udon noodles. Not only the greetings and voices of the employees, but also the notices in the store were made with the customer's psychology in mind, and I was really impressed. I felt that I understood and practiced marketing properly. I was able to feel a fairly high level of hospitality for a restaurant in this price range. Even though I am usually dry, I have to put 5 stars in front of the taste and service of this restaurant. By the way, the second parking lot has a space for 3 cars in the parking lot in the alley on the right side of the store.

冷や肉うどんの「ひやひや」をいただきました。 麺もつゆも冷やしの組み合わせになるひやひや。ネギと肉は温かい。 そのお味は…とにかく美味しい! うどんの歯応え、食感がとてもいい感じ。 つゆもしっかりと出汁が効いていて、存在感のあるうどんにも負けていません。 濃いめのつゆではありますが、決してしょっぱいなどの印象はありません。 たっぷりと乗ったネギと豚肉も美味しく、うどんやつゆにも合っています。 肉汁うどんも美味しいと思いますが、個人的にはこちらの「冷や肉うどん(ひやひや)」の方が好みですす。 サイドメニューのかき揚げはボリューム満点で、サクサク食感の美味しいかき揚げです。 揚げ物ではありますが、それほど油っぽくはありません。 少しずつ崩しながらつゆにつけて食べました。 食べにくいけど美味しいです。

太くてとてもコシのあるこだわりのおいしいうどん。風味のあるうどんを豚肉とネギが入った出汁の効いた肉汁で。値段もお手頃。相模原に住んでいたころはよく行っていました。今でも、相模原に来た時は機会を作って食べに来ます。車で路肩に並んで待ちますが、第2駐車場もあるようです。

小麦の味を感じるコシの強いうどんに、醤油ベースの濃口ダシが美味しいです。ひや肉うどんを「麺冷や」「汁熱つ」で食べましたが丁度良い感じでした。何より、出汁は溢れるほど並々で肉と長ネギの具もたっぷりでお腹も大満足です。

かなり太めでモチモチ、しっかりとコシのある加水率高めな麺、武蔵野うどん系です。太くて長いので1本1本食べるような感じです。つけ汁も豚肉と糧のような長ネギで美味しいですね。最後はそば湯のように出汁でつけ汁を飲むことができます。鶏天もお肉が柔らかくて美味しいです。たまからも。席数が少ないので常に混んでいるようですが回転は早いです。
