★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place for learn about forests in Japan. We came with a group. There are restrooms and a restaurant here. This restaurant provide wide range of foods which made out of local products such as vegetable, orange, cabbage, raddish, mushroom etc. Soba and Udon dishes are quite popular among both local and international tourists. There is a small Musium and a workshop to kids/ young children. They show which kind of animal live in the forest, different type of local plants, edible berries etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time my family stayed at log cabin here. Both times we totally enjoyed. Highly recommend going.
Only issue we had, my two boys and I are tall so the bunk beds were not long enough for us tall people to sleep well. Next time we go, we will put the futons on the floor so we can sleep well.
Service staff are totally amazing!
