I ordered a sashimi and buckwheat soba set. Both of them are the owner's love for buckwheat noodles, or they are intimidating or a wonderful set menu ? The buckwheat noodles are soba noodles and I like them ? A community-based store that is loved by locals.

焚	焚き火 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二八そば天ぷらセットを食べました。蕎麦は細目の更科風でみずみずしく、ちょっぴり辛めの大根の千切りと一緒に食べるように盛られてきます。風味も食感も良い組合せだと思います。つゆは蕎麦はもちろん蕎麦の実と長芋の千切りの小鉢、湯葉の刺身にも掛けて食べますが、出汁の香りが高く、美味しかったです。。天ぷらは、茄子とピーマン、南瓜、薩摩芋、エリンギ、鯊、大葉を巻いた海老です。意見が分かれるところだと思いますが、大葉の香りが強すぎて海老の風味を少し消し加減だなと感じました。デザートはつぶあんをそばがきでくるみ、きな粉をまぶしてあり、甘さ控えめな上品な味です。 I ate Nihachi Soba Tempura Set. Tempura is shrimp wrapped with eggplant and peppers, squash, sweet potato, king trumpet mushroom, goby, and perilla. I think it's a point of controversy, but I felt that the scent of the perilla was too strong and the flavor of the shrimp was a little erased. The dessert is made by wrapping bean paste in sobagaki and sprinkling it with soybean flour, giving it an elegant taste with a modest sweetness.
