前菜にワラビと糸コンの煮物。七味をパッとかけると、味が引き立ちます。
着盆したのは久々の太い田舎蕎麦。
チョイと茹で過ぎ感があり、噛み応えとかはあまり無いかな…
つゆもダシらしさを前面に出さず、且つ塩っぱさを抑えてあり、麺との相性は良いです。
山菜はフキ・コゴミ・ワラビ。どれもしっかり火が通っています。
ロケーションは素晴らしいですね。ずっと眺めていたいです。

There is a feeling that it is too boiled and there is not much chewy response...
It doesn't bring out the tanginess of the soup to the front and keeps the saltiness down, so it goes well with noodles.
Wild vegetables are fluff, kogomi and bracken. All are well cooked.
The location is wonderful. I want to keep watching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中に入ると薪のストーブと囲炉裏があり、１枚板のテーブルが並んでいる。木の根の置物感謝あり、落ち着いた雰囲気のお店。岩魚の稚魚が４匹水槽に。山菜天ぷらが美味しかったです???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の１１時半に入店、先客はひと組で思いのほかガラガラ状態。
店舗は古民家をそのまま使用したような造りで、いろいろな珍しいものものがところ狭しと並べられている。
眺めているだけでも面白く、大げさに言うと古民家美術館のよう。
店の雰囲気は★★★★★❗
野菜の煮物の「お通し」があるのも独特でおもしろい。
ざるそばは「これぞいなか蕎麦」的な太くて素朴なもの。
山菜天ぷらは良い意味で「近くで山菜を取ってきました」的な素朴なもの。
山菜には詳しくないのて、いまだに何の天ぷらを食べたのかわからず。
美味しいが、かき揚げ系は少しかための仕上がり。
そば・天ぷらは★★★★！

昔はもっと山の中で営業してたらしいのですが
ここのお店も結構外れにあり雰囲気は抜群です！
権現蕎麦をいただきましたが山菜と山菜の天ぷらが沢山入っていてとても美味しかったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ きのこ蕎麦をいただきました。お蕎麦を待つ間、煮物の小鉢のサービスがありました。蕎麦の香りときのこの香りが引き立ち、とても美味しかったです。太麺の田舎風の蕎麦とお出汁の感じもとても良い感じでした。おすすめですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は昔の電化製品など所せましと置いてあり昭和の初期をイメージしたお店です。
岩魚そばを食べましたが岩魚は小さいですがあっさりしていて美味しかった、きのこ蕎麦は天ぷらも入っていたので食べ応えがありました。
The inside of the store is filled with old electric appliances, etc., and is an image of the early Showa period.

席はカウンターが約5席、椅子席が1組、座敷が約4組ほど。
山菜天ぷら盛り合わせと、きのこ蕎麦をいただきました。
5種類程の山菜ときのこの天ぷらはサクサクで、きのこ蕎麦は大きめのきのこがたくさん入っていて、食べ応えありでとても美味しかったです。
昔ながらの佇まいと、おばあちゃんの家に来たような雰囲気がとても素敵でした。
