十割蕎麦なら宮城では此方のお店が最高に美味い。
週末、祝日のみ営業の親方一人で賄ってるお店で品書きは十割の細打ち、平打ちのもり蕎麦と蕎麦がきを一口大で揚げた揚げねっけ、蕎麦プリンのみ。
最近、地元のローカル番組で紹介され、知らずに伺った際は開店前からかなりの順番待ち状態になってました。
以前は開店ちょい前なら普通に入れたんですけどね。
座席数はカウンターが5席、4人掛けテーブルが1卓ですから補助椅子利用でも1度に10人が限界。
これからは暫く混むのを覚悟で伺うしか無いかも。

Recently, it was introduced on a local local program, and when I visited it without knowing it, I was in a state of waiting for a long time before the store opened.
I used to put it in normally before the store opened.
The number of seats is 5 at the counter and 1 at the table for 4 people, so even if you use auxiliary chairs, the limit is 10 people at a time.
From now on, I may have no choice but to be prepared to get crowded for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪の中、本当にこの道か!と進んで行くとポツンと童話に出てくるような小屋が!良かった〜と中に入るとカフェ!?メニューもシンプルなところも良い。十割蕎麦なのに透明感がありコシも十分。お勧めの蕎麦プリンも頂き満足。久々に『蕎麦食べた』感に浸ることが出来ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずいぶん前から「週末そば屋」というのぼりが気にはなってましたが、まさかこんな店構えだったとは驚き。
蕎麦自体はコシがありとても美味い。
平打ち麺と細麺からえらべますが平打ちだとつゆが薄くて物足りなく感じるかも。
「11:00 Open~麺がなくなり次第Close」で、自分の時は12:00ちょい過ぎで最終受付者でした。
一人で切り盛りしているので1日40食程度みたいですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宮城県岩木山の週末蕎麦 愉多工房、すごかった。粗挽きの十割蕎麦も細打ちも平打ちもどれも本気。週末だけの営業だからと副業感はまるで無し。舌ざわり、香りも最高。土日祝の朝11時から開始だけど、15分前に着席。これで850円とは良心的で頭が下がる。店主の丁寧な接客で頼み方不慣れな初心者も安心。そばプリンもとても美味。大満足。また再訪したい。

薬味は辛子大根おろし・かんずり(南蛮を雪の上に更して麹等を混ぜペースト状にしたもの)のみ。
蕎麦汁は蕎麦の風味が全面に感じられる様前に出ません。
そば好きにはたまらない一品。
ザ・蕎麦でした。
