人身事故関係はまだ通院が終わってないのでこれからですが、物損に対する返答が暖簾に腕押しでにっちもさっちもいかない、過失割合が0だと、自分の任意保険は使えず、弁護士特約に加入していて本当に良かった。今回、加害者になられた方にも保険会社がキチンと対応してくれるなら、物損だけでと思っていたが、自分の任意会社に相談したら即人身事故届けを出して、弁護士特約を使ってくれとの事。加入しているドライバーの方は再考されたほうが本当に良い、いくら営利団体とはいえ酷すぎる、M・ムーアの映画「SIKKO」並の（つまり米国の保険制度の脆さ）銭ゲバ会社。いい加減にして欲しい！
