★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が入院したので限度額の申請に行きました。離れて生活しているので手続きするのが遅くなってしまったのですが、理由を説明すると直ぐに対応してくれて30分もかからずに手続きが終了し、その日のうちに病院に提出することが出来ました。本当に助かりました。事務的ではなく親身に対応してくださりありがとうございました。
Because my mother was hospitalized, I went to apply for the limit. I have been living away and it has been slow to take procedures, but if I explain the reason, I will respond promptly and take 30 minutes to complete the procedure, and submit it to the hospital on the same day. It was possible. That was a really big help. Thank you for dealing with mediocre and not clerical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて直接問い合わせに行きましたがスタッフがとても優しくて丁寧でもやもやした気持ちが気持ち良く解決できました。
フロアは８階でエレベーターを降りたらすぐありますがこみっとしててそれほど大きくはないです。
中には待合室もありました。
受付は番号制（銀行みたいな感じ）で自分が行ったときはすぐに呼ばれて
３０分もしないうちに終わることができました。
電話より直接行ったほうが早く済むかと感じました。
ただ駐車場がないので車では行かないほうがいいかと。

The receptionist is called by the number system (it looks like a bank),
It was over in less than 30 minutes.
I felt it would be faster to go directly than to call.
Just because there is no parking lot, it is better not to go by car.
