まず、担当者からの連絡がいっさいない。
「折り返し連絡します。」 という返答だけで、
連絡がいっさいない。
自分の保険会社に対し連絡がとれないむねを伝え、相手の保険会社に連絡入れてもらい、やっと「担当者から直ぐに連絡します。」の返答。
返答だけで、連絡がやっぱり来ない。
事故当日から三日目の夕方にやっと担当者と連絡がとれ、なぜ連絡を直ぐにしなかったのかを質問したところ「下請けが悪い。」との返答。
もーびっく。
加害者の方には申し訳ないですが、加入保険のせいで印象は最悪。
今回の事故「厳罰を望む」と警察の方に連絡させて頂きます。
