★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットで注文し90分後に受け取れると表示されたのでちゃんと時間通りに来たのにまだ出来てないって言われて15分も待たされました…
店内に客が沢山はいっておりまさに「密」でした。
オープン直後と持ち帰り半額というので混んでると思うので落ち着くまでは利用しない、もしくは配達でたのんだほうが良さそうです。
また車で来た客が隣のほっともっとに停めてました。
ほっともっとの店長さんらしき男性が店から出てきて困った顔をしてました。
持ち帰りはネット注文のみとかキャパに余裕をもたせるとか対策をした方がいいのでは…？

There were a lot of customers in the store and it was just "close".
I think it's crowded because it's half price after opening and takeaway, so it's better not to use it until it settles down, or it is better to ask for delivery.
In addition, a customer who came by car parked in the next hot spring.
A hotter man who seemed to be the manager had a troubled face coming out of the store.
Should I take measures such as taking online orders only or taking extra space in my capacity?

その場で注文して待つより、予めネットや電話で注文した方が待ち時間が読めるので便利。そうしたら待つ必要もない。

自分の経験談ですが、注文時にアプリを使うと飲み物1本無料クーポンが貰えたので使用。
受取に行った時に画面を見せる事が必要だったので注文画面を見せて受け取ったのですが、途中で飲み物が入ってなかった事に気が付きました。
自分も確認しなかったのがいけなかったのですが、電話で問い合わせすると「受取時に画面を見せて貰わないと」とまるでこちらが悪いと言われるように伝えられました。
画面を見せて受け取った、と伝えたら電話ではありますが店員の雰囲気的に「はぁ…」とため息つく様な感じがしました。
その後に2~3回利用しましたが、受け取る度に変な空気感(あの客だみたいな感じ)がありましたので二度と利用しません。
