Because they just want to sell you a ticket and don't care about you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many foreign tourist are waiting for the ticket and the bus.The best way to avoid wasting too much time is to buy your tickets online. And live in a high class onsen ryokan to enjoy all the service, and rent a bike going to anywhere you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It takes about 2 hours to get here from Shinjuku. Even though I knew Kawaguchiko Station was close to Mt. Fuji, it was still crazy to see how close Mt. Fuji actually was. I went on a cloudy day, but even then, I could still see it. It was very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Kawaguchiko Station is the most important transportation hub in the Fuji-Five-Lake area. There are mainly 7 bus stops outside the station.
Stop 1 can take a circle bus to attractions such as Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Sai, Lake Shōji and Lake Motosu.
Stop 2 can take an express bus to Tokyo.
Stop 3 can take a express bus to Shinjuku and Takayama.
Stop 4 can take the route bus to Fushishan Station and Shiraito Falls in Shizuoka Prefecture.
Stop 5 can take the route bus to Kofu.
Stop 6 can take the route bus to Gotemba or a rout bus to Lake Yamanaka.
Stop 7 can take the route bus to the Fujisangogome and Shiba-Zakura venues.
In addition to the transpotation, the station also provides ticketing, storage of luggage, toilets, merchandise purchases and restaurants. Next to the station is the tourist information center, tourists can get many travel information here. As long as you visit the Fuji-Five-Lake area, you will definitely come here.

5號站可以搭乘路線巴士前往甲府。
6號站可以搭乘路線巴士前往御殿場或周遊巴士前往山中湖。
7號站可以搭乘路線巴士前往五合目和芝櫻會場。
除了搭車外，車站裡還提供售票、寄存行李、廁所、商品購買、餐廳等服務，車站旁還有觀光案內所，可以提供旅遊資訊。只要您去五湖區玩，絕對會來到這裡的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus station or interchange is a hub between the five lakes. It has various buses interconnecting and some can ferry you to the airports. The staff are friendly and warm. About 5 mintues, they will remind passengers for boarding. For ladies, there are extra mobile toliet on the extreme left of the station in case there are long queues.
