★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎月第二と第四の金曜日・土曜日に感謝セールが行われ、窯出しカステラや鈴カステラを感謝セール限定で販売し、三笠山、カステラドーナツなどを通常価格より安く販売しています。
釜出しカステラは、焼きたてのため温かくカステラならではのしっとり感があまり無いです。
鈴カステラは、駄菓子の鈴カステラのような粉っぽさはなく、しっとりとしています。
2021年10月23日に再訪しましたが、窯出しカステラは、新型コロナの影響で箱詰めされたものを販売しておりました。
今回は横浜鈴カステラ(￥350)、6個￥500のコーナーでカステラドーナツのプレーンとラムレーズンのブッセ、栗のカステラ(￥625)を購入しました。
こういったご時世のため、入口と出口を別々にしたり、商品陳列のレイアウトが変更されておりました。

I revisited on October 23, 2021, but the kiln-out castella was selling boxed items due to the influence of the new corona.
This time, I bought a plain castella donut, a rum raisin busse, and a chestnut castella (¥ 625) at the Yokohama bell castella (¥ 350) and 6 pieces for ¥ 500.
Due to these times, the entrance and exit were separated, and the layout of the product display was changed.

カステラはもちろん、どら焼きやバームクーヘンの切れ端などなどお安く入手可能です♪
年中無休の9時〜17時まで！
敷地入り口近くにある自販機はお金を入れると「?カステラいちばん〜?電話はにばん〜?」とお馴染みのメロディを奏でてくれます。楽しいぃ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 窯出しカステラを買いに行きました。窯出しカステラは10時からの販売でしたが ９時には既に ２〜３人並んでいました。（並ぶ場所に日除けはありません）１０時には50人近く並んでました。１人２個までしか買えません。
駐車場は有るのですが 10時過ぎると工場前の道路にも並んでしまいます。窯出しカステラの味は たまご感が有ってふわふわトロトロの間くらいの感じです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シーサイドラインの産業振興センター駅下車してテクノタワーホテル方面に歩いていくと左手に直ぐ見えます。駅から2分位ですかね。旗が立ってるのですぐわかりました。売店みたいな感じで有りました。金曜日に行ったので「蔵出しカステラ」がちょうど13時の物が上がって来たばかりで、少し温かさを感じました。店内は２人しかお客さんが居なくて、直ぐ入店出来ました。手指の消毒もしっかりして。蔵出しカステラは、程よい甘さでフワフワしっとり！窯出しカステラ直販デーは、火曜日と金曜日。１回目は10時〜、2回目は13時〜の2回です。横浜金沢ブランド認定品とのことです。

ここにくれば直接文明堂のお菓子が色々買える、しかもお得に?
朝イチに来ないと瞬殺で無くなる物ばかりなので、行くなら朝イチからがお勧め
駐車場は完備しているのでドライブがてら来るのもいい
電車で来ても解りやすい場所にあるから、迷うことは無いと思う

If you come here, you can buy various Bunmeido sweets directly, and it's a great deal ?
If you don't come to Asaichi in the morning, all the things will be lost by instant killing, so if you go, I recommend starting from Asaichi.
The parking lot is fully equipped, so it's good to come for a drive.
It's in a place that's easy to understand even if you come by train, so I don't think you'll get lost.

みなさん、文明堂の作りたてのカステラが工場直売所で買えるのを知っていましたか？
毎日買えるわけではなく、日にちが決まっているので、狙いを定めて行くしかない！ということで行ってきました?
工場には停められる駐車場も数台分あります。
入り口の前には、昔CMで見たことのあるあの白いクマさんのイラストや顔を出せるフォトスポットなどがありました?
直売所に入ると、窯出しカステラや他のお菓子もたくさんあり、お得にお買い物ができますよ！
私たちは、窯出しカステラをすぐ食べる用と家用で２つ✨
あとはパンケーキ（中身の入ってないどら焼き）を購入！
窯出しカステラは出来立てなので、なんとまだ温かいのです♪
これはすぐに食べないと！
車で子供たちとわけわけしました⤴︎
本当にフワッフワでとっても美味しいです！茶色の部分が香ばしくて私はここが好きです?
子供の頃にはカステラ食べていたけど、最近は全く食べなくなったな〜と昔を思い出しながら一気に食べました！
子供たちも美味しい〜と言いながら即完食です?
なかなか食べられないできたてのカステラをぜひ堪能してみてください〜！

You can't buy it every day, but the date is fixed, so you have to aim and go! So I went ?
The factory also has several parking lots that can be parked.

When you enter the direct sales office, you can find a lot of castella from the kiln and other sweets, so you can shop at a great price!
We have two castellas, one for immediate eating and one for home use.
After that, I bought pancakes (donrayaki without contents)!
The castella from the kiln is fresh, so it's still warm ♪
I have to eat this right away!

It's really fluffy and very delicious! The brown part is fragrant and I like it here ?
I used to eat castella when I was a kid, but recently I ate it all at once, remembering the old days!
