窯出しカステラは、いつもカステラの焼きたてではない、焼きたてが美味しいようにレシピも焼き方も全く変えているとのこと。
専用のレシピで職人が手焼きで仕上げる。

The factory direct sales office sells twice at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm
Barrel castellas are sold only twice a week (every Tuesday and Friday) and twice a month, and are only available at this factory. 800 pieces (one and a half hours sold out)
Kasuga castella is not always freshly baked with castella, and the recipe and the way of baking are completely changed so that the freshly baked is delicious.
The craftsman finishes with a special recipe by hand baking.
