★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふまんじゅうを１年中売ってる貴重なお店。それも大きくて食べ応えがある。帰宅中の乗り換えですぐ買えるのがまたいい。時々売り切れていることがるのでタイミング次第でもある。

客が欲しいものを伝えても、店員二人は奥で何やら手作業をしていてなかなか出て来る気がないようでしたし、極め付きは、お会計終了時、客がお財布にまだお釣りをしまっているのに、買った商品をレジ袋に入れた状態でショーウィンドーに置きっぱなしにして、奥に入りました。
手渡しが当たり前だと思っていたので、ぶっきらぼう過ぎて呆気にとられました。
Hama Usagi's namagashi is often eaten, but the customer service at this store is not good.

並んでいる人になかなか気づかずマイペースに作業をする店員、後ろに人が並んでいるのにたっぷり時間をかけてのろのろ対応する店員、ようやく自分の番が来たと思ったら、前の客がお釣りを間違えられる始末。
客も客で、後ろに人が並んでいるのに迷いながらゆっくり注文し、あとから追加もする。
呆れて買わずに帰った。
レベルの低いお店だからどんどん閉店してるとしか思えない。
