TVとは違い、ご主人はとても優しく子供が『徳増さんだー、』と話していると出てきてお話等してくれます。
コロナ禍のせいか、お昼の休憩があるので訪問する際は12時から1時を外して下さい。
家族のお気に入りです。

店主はテレビでは厳しいイメージですが、実際は気さくで優しい方でした。

偶然近くにあることを知りました。
そして今日やっと行けました！
某テレビ対決番組で優勝された経歴や、
某プロの審査するコーナーに出演されている、
ご主人の作られるお菓子だそうです。
※支払いは現金のみです。
この時期なのでおはぎが期間限定で食べられるとあり、旦那さんと訪問。
店内に初めて入りましたが、落ち着いた雰囲気と適度に並んだ商品の数でとても見やすかった。
おはぎ全種、土日・季節限定の栗大福を1つずつ購入。
食べやすい大きさで上品。
おはぎはどれも美味しく、甘さもちょうど。
栗大福は大きすぎないのに栗の存在感が〇
丁寧なお仕事をされているなと。
今はコロナのため、店内の人数制限、営業時間の変更等々あるようですが、きちんとされていて安心感もあります。
今回最も食べたかった【岩苔】を見送りましたが、近いうちにまたぜひ伺いたいと思います。
和菓子だけでなく、お赤飯やジャムなどの商品もあり、機会があれば購入してみたいなと思いました。
(奥の厨房は忙しくされていて、おそらくオーナーさんもいらっしゃったかと思いますがお顔は拝見できず…いつかお会いしてみたいと思いました)

テレビで見てると厳しそう、でも実際は優しい方でした♪
気づくのが予約しておらず、完売の張り紙ありましたが、聞いたらまだ大丈夫でした♪
早速食べてみると抹茶の良い薫り、緑緑と季節感ありますね。
品名のごとく苔です(笑)
そして、もぉ抹茶が濃い！
抹茶が濃くて生地は固めで、クリームとろーり！
甘さ控えめで、大人の苦味な味です♪
小ぶりなのが残念なくらい、もっと食べたい！
ラスト創業セールの特製あんぱんを購入。
1人1個とハードル高く家族連れで(笑)
開店前から並んでおり、期待値アップ！
珍しいブリオッシュ生地のあんぱん。
ふんわり生地、なめらかこし餡で上品なあんぱんですね。
創業限定なのか、自分には高めなあんぱんでしたので、大事にいただきました♪
