★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なつかし味のラーメン美味しかったです。店員は女性の方が一人でしたが毎日遅くまでお店を開けています。ずっと健康でいてほしいなと思いました。親切な方でした。

私は、お店を廻る時には必ず空腹で行く事にしている
何故ならば、多少難があっても食べれるからだ
さて今回の「福龍」だが
ラーメン600円・塩/味噌が700円とのことで
基本中の基本ラーメン600円を頼んだ
作り方を何気に拝見すると・・麺茹でのお湯が煮立ってない
案の定、麺の外側はぬるぬるで中には少し芯がある
味は化学調味料がきいた、深みのないスープ
おかげで帰りに自販でお茶を買って口をすすいで帰って来た
まだラーメンショップの500円の方が数倍マシかな
★一つでも難しい味だ

写真の色が赤いのは照明とスマホのせいです。
福龍麺は、ちょっと辛めだが辛すぎず丁度いい。
普通のラーメンにキクラゲが入ってたのは新鮮。スープ見た目は濃いめだがほどよい出汁加減。
自家製麺のちぢれ麺の食感がよい。
餃子は夜のみ。具が多くてよい。
瓶ビールがキリンラガーで中華に合う苦味がよい。
歩行者専用踏切脇のロケーションが鉄道好きにもグッド?️
