中	中井亨 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旧東海道沿い鮫洲駅近くにある昭和感溢れる日式町中華のお店です。9月13日のお昼に伺ってAセットラーメン半チャーハン¥840をいただきました。如何にも昔ながらのラーメンとチャーハンですがラーメンにメンマが入っていません。結構大きな肩ロースのチャーシューと茹でもやしとナルトと薬味ネギが乗ったラーメンは、麺もスープも好みでチャーシューも美味しいだけにメンマ無しが残念です。半チャーハンも昔ながらの玉子とチャーシュー片とナルトとネギのチャーハンですが、他店と比べ具沢山です。厨房では焼きそばの注文が入ると中華鍋を退けて餃子用の平な鉄鍋で鉄板焼のヘラを使って焼いていました。あれも美味しそうです。 It is a Chinese restaurant in Nisshiki-cho with a sense of Showa near Samezu station along the old Tokaido. m	manabu yoshimura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛車の車検でこちらの近くの品川陸事を訪れた際にランチ利用。お盆時期、平日の14時過ぎの訪問で前客1名、小生が最後で昼営業終了でした。この日は、Aセット（半チャーハン＋ラーメン）を食す。840円と極めてリーズナブル。ラーメンは鶏ガラ醤油の比較的しっかりした味のスープに細目縮れ麺の組み合わせと、この手のラーメンとして、極めてベーシック。チャーハンはパラパラ炒め加減で具材も多く、セットの「半」として十分な量と味！所謂ノスラーを求めて訪れるも、味に関してはかなりの満足感でした。お店の方の応対も丁寧ですこぶる感じのよいものでした。引戸を開けてお店に入った瞬間の昭和へのトリップ感も味わえます。このようなお店がいつまでも続いてほしいものです。 Use it for lunch when you visit Shinagawa Rikuji near here for your car inspection.
