うどんとも素麺とも違う、お初の稲庭うどん、きのこ入り1,000円でした?

I ordered a set of Hinai chicken parent and child and Inaniwa udon. Inaniwa udon was great on a hot day like today. Is the chicken meat soft like a broiler in the Hinai chicken oyakodon? How is it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武家屋敷通りにある佐藤養助商店の裏手の通りにありました。お店の前の駐車場は２台位停められそうです。冷たいうどんと比内地鶏の親子丼のセットを頂きました。つゆは醤油ベースとゴマベースが選べますがどちらも楽しめるのを注文、醤油ベースがサッパリとしていてとても美味しかったですね（ゴマベースも美味しいです）そんなに大きなお店ではありませんが座敷席とテーブル席があってお土産も購入できます。セットについていたいぶりがっこが美味しかったのでうどんと一緒にお土産として購入しました。

I had a set of cold udon and Hinai chicken oyakodon. You can choose soy sauce base or sesame base, but I ordered that you can enjoy both, and the soy sauce base was refreshing and very delicious (the sesame base is also delicious) It is not a big shop, but there are tatami mat seats and table seats You can also buy souvenirs. The Iburi-gakko that came with the set was delicious, so I bought it as a souvenir with udon.

I tried both cold and hot udon, the cold type really seems to be a local specialty, with a dashi-sesame dip sauce, the hot type was of regular taste. Super friendly staff, giving only 4 out of 5 stars for small portion.
