『純手打ち さぬきうどん たかのはし』さんは、その名の通り本場さぬきうどんをここ岩手県紫波町でものすごい安価で美味しく提供してくださるお店です?お品書きは5品のみ、そこにおにぎりか天ぷらを追加するだけのどシンプルなメニュー構成。出汁のある無し、熱いか冷たいかの選択、本当にそれだけなのですが、とても高い完成度のうどん玉とその出汁の奥深さで価格以上の美味しさを実感できます。今回は『しょうゆうどん』を選択、コシの強いモチモチかつ分厚いうどんにゆずのしっかりした味わいを含んだしょうゆだれが絡んだ一品。岩手の水の良さもありゆっくりと噛み締めていただくことで本当に満足できる素晴らしいお味。かき揚げも加えましたがワカメも入った味わい深いものでうどんともよく合います。是非一度味わっていただきたいこのうどん、一杯たったの300円、天ぷらは100円です?

注文方法が独特です。タレをあつあつ、ひやあつ、ひやひやから選び。うどんを並1玉300円、大2玉400円から選び。天ぷらは、ちくわ、とり、かき揚げ、ネギ、オニギリ、各100円からトッピン。タレは薄く見えますが、十分に出汁と塩分が付いています。並とオニギリでは物足りないけど、大は食べれないかな…。お会計は自己申告です。サクサクっと軽く小腹に食べるには良いかな?

百点。 こんなに美味いうどんは初めて食べました。 出汁が最高に美味い、今のところ岩手で食べたお店で個人的に一番美味しかった。

いつもうどんを食べたい時行ってます!並んで注文する独特なスタイルでお昼の時間帯は並びますが回転率が良いので、混んでてもすぐ食べられます!本格的なコシのあるうどんが食べたいのならここが1番だと思います。味よし!コスパ良し!文句なしです。

醤油うどん並300円天ぷら一個100円。倍の値段払っても食べたいうどん。コシがあって醤油と生姜との相性も良き。コシを楽しむには冷たいしょうゆ一択かな? 天ぷらは揚げたてのタイミングで食べたい(そこは運)鶏天はマスト。 たぶん、鶏天、かき揚げがレギュラーメニュー?ナス天やサツマイモ天、ちくわ天も美味しかった。何れにしても揚げたてがいいなぁw
