★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに訪れると、店の前に並んで待つのではなく、番号札をもらうシステムに変わっていました。
メニューがリニューアルして前より値段が高めになったような。味は美味しく、接客はいつも丁寧です。
ただ店の作りが横長でついたてがあるのでスタッフの方が全体を見渡せない、且つ呼び出しボタンがないため、注文したいときや用がある時に不便です。ランチタイムに行ったらなかなか食事が出て来ず子供たちが待ちくたびれてしまいました。

However, it is inconvenient when you want to order or have a need because the staff cannot see the whole because the store is horizontally long and there is no call button. When I went to lunch time, the food didn't come out easily and the children were tired of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不二家について話をしていたら不二家のケーキが食べたくなって平日のお茶の時間に一人で利用しました。百貨店内の店舗ということもあり落ち着いた内装です。客層は時間帯のせいか子供連れより中高年の女性グループのお茶か仕事をしている女性のランチが多いようでした。メニューは食事やパフェ類が充実していますが肝心のケーキはいちごのショートケーキ一択だったのが残念。
When I was talking about Fujiya, I wanted to eat Fujiya's cake, so I used it alone during tea time on weekdays. The interior is calm because it is a store inside a department store. Perhaps because of the time of day, the customer base seemed to have more tea for middle-aged and older female groups or lunch for working women than with children. The menu is full of food and parfaits, but it's a pity that the essential cake was strawberry shortcake.

店の前に列ができ並んではいるものの、中を覗くと空席が目立ち、客を外で待たせることであえて人気に見せているのかもしれません。
また、2人で同じセット(サラダ＋メイン＋ドリンク＋デザート)を同じ注文で頼んだものの、自身のメインが提供されて、約10分後にサラダが2人分、その15分程後に相手のメイン料理が提供される始末。
自身のメインは「鉄板がお熱いので〜」と言われた割には湯気も出ないくらいに冷め、かかっているマヨネーズも所々乾いており、提供の順番からしても少し思う所がありました。
料理の味は良く、特にデザートは美味しかっただけに残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly competent staff. Reasonably priced for such a strong brand. Kids menu available. Decor was a little disappointing ; apart from the Peko-chan at the entrance the design is nondescript. However, crockery is Fujiya design. High chairs, Fujiya disposable bibs, kids crockery and cutlery available.
