ナヨナヨした男の店員がすごく馴れ馴れしく、初対面なのにタメ口で話しかけてきます。高級ブランドばかり揃う東武百貨店では珍しいです。友達ではありませんよ？長年接客やっていますが年齢関係なく敬語は接客業の基本です。特に百貨店となれば接客に関してはすごくうるさく言われるはずです。相手に合わせることも大事ですが線を超えてはいけません。この店員が苦手すぎてもう行かなくなりました。扱っている香水がいいものだけに残念ですが他の店舗まで行っています。
