★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日行ってきました！前に行った時は肉も美味しくホールスタッフも感じの良いフレンドリーで好印象でしたので藤が丘にいて妻が焼き肉食べたいとの事だったので迷わず麻布ホルモンにしました。早い時間て事もあり最初の客でした。ドリンク頼み焼き肉頼み10～15分かかりやっと肉が運ばれてきました。妻は肉出すだけなのに遅いね…そのあとは普通に出てきましたが炭の火も弱く肉焼くのにやたら時間かかりスタッフに言いましたが…少し強くなった程度…網も言わなくては替えてくれませんでした。7時にはほぼ満席。確かに今は人気店だと思います。自分達が帰りがけの頃…常連客が帰る時、わざわざキッチンから出てきて深々と挨拶してましたね…いつも来る客単の良いお客様も大切でしょうが…２ヶ月ぶり？でも藤が丘かで焼き肉といえば麻布ホルモンだと思う僕らみたいな客もいて成り立っていることを…又人の振りみて我が振り直します。長々すいません
I went yesterday! When I went there, the meat was delicious and the whole staff had a nice and friendly feeling, so I was on Fujigaoka and my wife wanted to eat grilled, so I made it to Azabu hormone without hesitation. It was early time and it was the first customer. Drink Request Yaki Meat Request It took 10 to 15 minutes and meat was finally transported. My wife is late but it's too late ... It came out normally, but the charcoal fire was too weak and it took a long time to bake the meat, but it said to the staff ... it was a little stronger ... I had to say the net too I did not replace it. It is almost full at 7 o'clock. Certainly I think it is a popular store now. When we went home ... When regular customers came home, we came out of the kitchen and greeted us deeply ... It would be important for customers who always come-but it's been two months? But there are also customers like us who think that grilled meat is Azabu hormone in Fujigaoka ... I'm going to shake my eyes again and again. I am sorry for the length

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャベツがまるまるきてビックリ。ホルモン4種、ハツ、棒カルビ、豚カルビ、サムゲタン、カクテキで6000円くらい？ホルモン新鮮で美味しいので肉頼まなくても満足できるかも
I was surprised that the cabbage was completely round. About 6000 yen for 4 kinds of hormones, hearts, stick ribs, pork ribs, samgyetang, and kimchi? The hormone is fresh and delicious, so you may be satisfied without asking for meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉はオススメ系はとても美味しいし、通常メニューも普通に美味しいです。
ただ正直値段に見合っているか？と言われると、ほんの少し疑問が付きます。
（名古屋駅や栄方面でも同じ内容で3～4割程安くて同じ味の所も多いので）
あと個人的に思うポイントを…
１・肉の注文で「タレ」「塩」を選べるのはありがたいですが
塩が「塩ダレ（液体）」です。
それも肉に最初からかかっています。
ここは出来たら普通の塩にして頂きたかった。
２・同じく塩ダレですが（笑）塩ダレを選択した際に何故か
塩ダレ専用の別タレが付いてきます。
塩を注文する方が、何故塩で注文するのか？
考えられた方が良いかと。
（忖度しない塩好きの人に聞いてみる等）
３・冷麺のつゆの味にもう少し工夫が欲しいです。
麺のコシはバッチリ自分好み（固め）だったので嬉しかった
ですが、つゆにもう少しコク？が欲しかったです。
（ほんの少し中華だしを入れるなど）
接客は若い女性中心で一生懸命にやっていましたが3人が3人とも厨房の中に入ってしまう状況が何回かあったり、ドリンクが出るのが遅かったり。
（1杯目のドリンクにレモンが入っていましたが、同じものを注文して2杯目には何故かレモンが入ってなかったり…こういった所も値段に見合うか？という感じです）
一つ一つ改善してほしいですが、ひとまず次行くのは期間を開けてからにしたいと思います。
★3つ付けましたが、実際は2.5くらいということで。

Why do people order salt when ordering salt?
Should I think about it?
(Ask people who like salt who are not sontaku, etc.)
3. I want a little more ingenuity in the taste of cold noodle soup.
I was happy because the noodles were very chewy and I liked them (hardened).
But is it a little richer in the soup? I wanted.
(Add a little Chinese soup stock, etc.)
The customer service was centered around young women, but there were times when all three of them entered the kitchen, and drinks were served late.
(I had lemon in the first drink, but I ordered the same one and for some reason the second drink didn't contain lemon ... Is it worth the price?)
I would like you to improve each one, but for the time being, I would like to wait until a period of time has passed.
