き	きなこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が素晴らしいと聞いて予約して行きました。想像していたかしこまった接客ではなく親近感のある温かい気持ちの良い接客でした。まず店長さんのご挨拶。店員さんに質問するとわからないことは、水野さんに聞いてきます！とすぐ答えてくれたり、時には店長の水野さんが来て答えていただきました。ひとり5,800円のコースを食べました。お肉は柔らかく、さしが多いのにさっぱり美味しく食べれます。もちろんまた行きます。 I made a reservation because I heard that the customer service was wonderful. ま	まっつんたあ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悲しいくらい、期待外れです。高評価すぎる点に騙されない方がいいです。家族4名子連れでお伺いしました。食べログや口コミ評価も高く、味、コスパ、ホスピタリティどれを取ってもハイレベルと伺っていたのでガッカリです。低評価の原因は以下3点です。 ①頼まれた注文が通らない→限定品という事でまだ頼めるか確認したところ、バイトさんが、店長の水野さんに確認します！はいいのですが、その後、二度と来ることはありませんでした。これが2回続いたことが1番残念です。忙しいのと、客を蔑ろにするのとは別問題だと思います。 ②とにかく店内が暑い→真冬の寒い日だったのですが、気持ちの良い暖かさではなく、とにかく暑い。火力が強いのが原因だと思い弱めて下さいと依頼しましたが、2回無視されました。 ③タレの味が酷い→肉質は評判通り美味しいです。見た目も豪勢。ただタレがなーんの味もしない、塩も器に入れられてるので少しだけつけようとも、量の調節が非常に難しい。どれだけ肉質が良くても、味が台無し過ぎて、全部食べる間も無く、途中退店。さまざな方が高評価の中、申し上げ難いのですが、隣の鉢屋さんより明らかに下、大衆焼肉店より上という感じです。お値段もコスパ抜群！と書かれてますが、安くはないので、期待しすぎるのは辞めた方がいいです。 Sadly, it's disappointing.
