★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お肉が美味しいです。注文ははっきり大きな声でいいましょう。市場全般気の荒らそうな人は多いですが、そういうものですのでひいちゃわないこと 笑 高級料理店などで出されるレベルの肉を手頃に買えますので、純粋に美味しい肉が食べたいという人はここです。あまり教えたくない類のお店。豊洲に引っ越さないらしくうれしい。

以前から気になっていた肉屋さんへ訪問。
最近ハラミにはまっていてショーケースをみたら100㌘330円のものがあり500㌘購入。
味付けハラミとのことですが写真の見た目以上に、一枚一枚の厚さがありボリュームあります。
早速150㌘ほど焼いて食べましたが、歯で噛み切れるぐらい柔らかくなかなか良さげな感じです。
