Good spot for a quick lunch and glass of vino or afternoon vino and talk with client or friends
Good service and quality and you can also take sweets from the delicatessen with a coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent casual dining venue and the food is rich in flavor. It is fine to just order coffee, dessert, or both. Our preferred table is always the outdoor terrace with Keyakizaka view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmosphere is great especially in the terrace. food and price is ok. But... the service failed to meet the standard of a hotel of this class. waiter and waitress seemed quite cold and so much in a rush. It just made me feel uncomfortable. Not the right place to meet new clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cakes are pretty good but not impressive for its price. The customer service was so so. Actually, the staff had a bit of a condescending attitude. I would expect better customer service with the price range. (1000yen for a cup of coffee). Oh, and they have you pay a 10% tip, quite unusual in Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give 5 stars to “Fiorentina” for desserts. I love desserts here especially “Fargola Grande” which is beautiful both image and taste. If you want to eat more desserts, I recommend you to order tea and sip it while you are eating desserts.
The service is great. Staffs are friendly and good manners.
It’s a bit too crowded (maybe, it’s in Sunday afternoon).
The price is reasonable (if you realize that this restaurant is located in Grand Hyatt Hotel).
Ok!! Love it!!

We have been coming here since they opened and always enjoy their food. Good quality ingredients, balanced flavors. The salad was very delicious! Must go back for it. Wish they still had beef carpaccio on the menu.
We sat outside on the heated terrace and had lovely time.
