店員が全員感じ悪い。 中国人のおばさん店員は毎回客と揉めてます。持っていた傘がひっかかってレジ前のレシート入れを床に落としてしまったのですが、舌打ち&ため息で文句言われました。 こちらも悪いですが、あの態度は無いなと。 中国人のおじさん店員は客がレジにいるのに、椅子に座ったままで接客しない始末。意味不明です。 とにかく嫌な思いしかしないので近所ですが売上に貢献したくないので、二度と買い物はしません。

接客は最低レベル。オジサンもオバサン店員も面倒くさそうな感じ。 あと朝の時間混んで並んでても2つ目のレジは稼働せずレジはずっと一つ。 それだけで行く気がなくなるコンビニ。 一時期毎日通ってたけど、接客態度が嫌になり今は近くのセブンやローソン行ってます。 ここはもう行くこともないでしょう。

皆さんの言っている同じおばさんかはわかりませんが、ウィッグつけてネイルしてたおばさん店員さん マスクせず接客しておりちょっとビックリ。

接客がありえないくらい最悪です。 オーナーがいらっしゃいませも、ありがとうございますも言わない。 おばさん店員も、声が聞き取れなかったので何言ってるか分からなくて『え?』って気聞き直したらアタマ大丈夫ですか?みたいな言い方で返してきてカチーン。 あれでよく接客業してるなと思う。 遠くても違うファミマに行きます。

Googleでわざわざコンビニを調べ口コミを見ようとは思わない。これを見てる方は8割相当不快なおもいをして見たのだと思うとお気持ちお察しします。 人生で一番気分の悪くなるコンビニだった。 星一すらおこがましい。 朝いる名前が中国人っぽい店員のジジイ。 接客悪いとかの問題では無い。 喋らないし一貫して無愛想な無言を貫きます。 このご時世を踏まえてもそれ以前の問題 感じ悪いですよと伝えたところ逆ギレしてきた。 一生行かない。他の方も行かない方がいいですよ

大体同じおばちゃん(おばあちゃん?)店員ですが、接客について低評価が多いのはかなり納得できます。 敬語は使わないし、なんか馬鹿にした感じというか失礼な受け答えなんですよね…。 でも店内は広めだし、セルフレジがあるので避けられなくもないです。 ホットスナックを買う為には接触しなきゃいけないけれど、定番のファミコロやキャンペーン中の焼き鳥さえも大体品切れ状態の店なので、あんまりレジに行く必要はないかもしれません。
