対応的には問題ないと思います。
以前バイトの面接受けて不採用だったことあるが、その時も対応などについて問題だと思ったことはありませんでした。自分のシフト希望が少ない為なので完全に自分が悪いのですが、不評な口コミがあるようなので、何があったのでしょうかね.....。

数年に一度会うか会わないか位の酷い対応でした。
全ての店員さんが同じ対応だとは全く思っていませんが、2度とこの店舗は使わないと決めたほどです。
ローソンのカスタマーサービスにも進言させて頂きました?
Bad attitude of the clerk.
It was a terrible response of meeting or not meeting once every few years.
I don't think all the clerks are the same, but I've never decided to use this store again.
I also advised Lawson's customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無印良品フェア位の感じかと思って入ったらコンビニの中に無印良品の棚が出来ていてびっくりしました。
近場で無印良品の品物が買えるのも便利です。
When I entered the store thinking that it was like a MUJI fair, I was surprised to find a MUJI shelf in the convenience store.
It is also convenient to be able to buy MUJI products nearby.

入荷された弁当などが冷蔵ケースに陳列されず出されたまま、
弁当買ったら超小さいサイズの袋(弁当が縦になる)に入れられる、
客が並んでてもバイトの兄ちゃんは知らん顔でレジ奥にいたり。
二度と行かない。
長所は駐車場広いことくらい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寺島って店員…態度悪過ぎる。ほぼ毎日行ってたけど、もうやめた。レジ待ちも他のコンビニと比べると長い。並んでるのにレジに誰もいないで待たされることが多い。
Terashima is a clerk ... The attitude is too bad. I went there almost every day, but I quit. Waiting for the cash register is long compared to other convenience stores. Even though they are lined up, they often have to wait without anyone at the cash register.

何も言わない。ローソンって研修しっかりしてるような事をテレビで見たけどなぁ。
おばちゃんは、レジ袋要りませんと言ってるそばから、袋広げだす。聞かないなら、聞くな。
レシートも「クーポンが発券されました！」って言ってるのに、渡しもしない。（くださいと言えない…）
通勤途中で便利な位置なんだが。
不愉快だ〜。

スナック菓子等も必要十分なので、たまに利用させてもらってます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レジが並んでいるのに店員が来ない。もしくは別の店員は気付いているはずなのにレジ店員一人に任せきり。
三年ほど利用してますが、本日も未だに改善されておらず、ローソン本社にクレームを出しました。どう改善するのかどう教育するのかを問いました。
長蛇の列にもかかわらず、一人の女性店員が対応し、もう一人の男のアルバイトは裏で待機。３年ほど見ていて女性店員以外の男性、または外国人は全くレジ対応しない。
糞ローソンです。
The clerk does not come even though the cashiers are lined up. Or another clerk should have noticed, but leave it to one cashier clerk.
I've been using it for about three years, but it hasn't improved yet today, and I filed a complaint with the Lawson headquarters. I asked how to improve and how to educate.
Despite the long line, one female clerk responds and another man's part-time job waits behind the scenes. After watching for about 3 years, men other than female clerk or foreigners do not support cash register at all.
It's a dung Lawson.
