★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to other outlets but I think this is the worst, shop supervisor decline to have my sandwich toasted! Well, when mozzarella unmelted, raw bacon and cold panini bread! Other item are ok, but poorer dissatisfied with this.. keep saying no no, no toast.. and Not English literate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is pleasent and gives off a feeling of calm, not making you hurry or think you mustn't stay long.
The coffee is ok, a little above average but not by much. You do not receive a huge amount of coffee, but the prices are good and the service is pleasent and fast.
I recommend seating by the window, as sipping coffee while watching a busy street crossing is one of the top 10 most calming experiences in life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for a ice-cream, this is the best place to get the good one!! The cone was different from other stores, it’s thin, crispy and delicious! The ice -cream tasted milky.
Definitely come back here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A relaxing place you get a coffee and a small bit in the middle of the day. Try to get to the second floor for the better view.
The 4 star is just because the coffee was a little bit on the small side and not strong enough for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some hot cocoa here. Was premade and honestly tasted terrible. They refused to add whipped cream too! Who the heck drinks hot cocoa without whipped cream!? I dont know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They served Cremia soft serve ice-cream when I was walking by today. Had it with some green tea powder on top. Delicious. One of the best soft serves that I had in Japan so far. The cone was so tasty too. Had a bit of a cheesy taste in it. Not sure if this Excelsior Caffe has Cremia all the time. But if they do, please try it. No idea about the coffee here (I didn't get any). Paid JPY530.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This cafe is nice.But my friend said too hot, so that's why you should take care of your tongue. I know nice taste,atmosphere and good Japan time.
「ショコラマロッキーノ」is good. I hear it is new drink,and I recommend you because it's so sweet.
