t	tan tori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多くの人が出会う場を提供しているGAにはとても感謝しています。ここで出会った人と結婚し退去済ですが、今でもSAの仲間とはつながっています。また、ソーシャルアパートメントというスタイルも、住民が程よい距離感を持ちそれぞれの暮らしを送りながら、コミュニケーションが取れる、バランスの良いスタイルだと思っています。一方で、共有スペースでの私物回収等一部ルールが厳しいと感じる点もあったので、今後現住人や将来住まれる方の意見を吸いとっていただけるといいかもしれません。 I am very grateful to GA for providing a place for many people to meet. I have been married to the person I met here and have moved out, but I am still connected to my SA friends. I also think that the style of social apartments is a well-balanced style in which residents can communicate with each other while living their lives with a sense of distance. On the other hand, I felt that some rules were strict, such as collecting personal belongings in a shared space, so it would be nice if you could listen to the opinions of current residents and those who will live in the future.

J	Julien Legrand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Share Houses company in Tokyo. Lived with them for more than 3 years, in two different property and I had a blast in both of them. Most of the tenants are Japanese so it was good for me to improve my Japanese. Met so many nice people there, now BFF. The Lounge are very large and very clean. The real Terrace House experience for me. The only complain I had was that they were very strict about the personal belongings left in the common areas, but hey, I guess they have to when you have so many people and want to keep the house clean.

Don't get me wrong, they are very attentive and helpful when it came to getting you to sign up/join their properties. HOWEVER, after that, they don't do anything to assist with your concern (problematic neighbors, underwear thief, shower issues, etc) they did not enforce/fine or do anything to those people who have been partying during the state of emergency (last Saturday there were 30 people running and yelling in the property like barbarians. Ironically, they keep sending out general automatic email to tell people to follow the government's "suggestion" It is so dangerous for the people who want to live here peacefully but keep getting exposed to problematic individuals....
